Our primary goal at each child’s dental appointment is to make them as comfortable as possible—this makes things go a lot smoother for both us and them! We’ll examine your child’s mouth, make sure their teeth and jaw are developing correctly, answer any questions you might have about their dental needs, and perform a cleaning to remove bacteria from their trouble spots. Thankfully, we can cover these teeth with a thin layer of clear dental plastic, essentially shielding them. Whether your child is a star athlete in the making or just likes to play the occasional pick-up game with friends, they should never hit the mat, court, or field without a mouthguard. The biggest cause of broken and knocked-out teeth (by a wide margin) is sports-related accidents, particularly for children! We can provide your child with a custom-made guard that fits better and offers higher-quality defense compared to generic ones you’ll find at the store.
