With a soft-bristled toothbrush, you can avoid irritation and gum recession while busting up plaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make Flossing Non-Negotiable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flossing is one of the best things you can do for your gums because your toothbrush can\u2019t reach everything. Bacteria love to hide in the tiny spaces between your teeth, and over time, they can lead to gum disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make it a habit to floss once a day, sliding the floss gently around each tooth in a \u201cC\u201d shape. Balanced nutrition with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and water helps support healthy tissue.
